₹10.65 lakh distributed in one ceremony

The Muniyalu Udaya Krishnayya Shetty Charitable Trust (R.) distributed ₹10.65 lakh in scholarships to talented and needy students of Karkala taluk, at a ceremony held in the grounds of the Mahammayi Mukhyaprana temple.

The scholarships are open to students of every community. Alongside them the trust runs personality development courses that more than 3,000 students have now completed, taught by a full-time lecturer the trust employs.

ನನ್ನ ಮಾತು

ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನ ಶೈಲಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನನಗೆ ತುಂಬಾನೆ ತೃಪ್ತಿ ಇದೆ. ನನ್ನಿಂದ ಆದಷ್ಟು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು, ಅವರ ಭಾವನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಅಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಯಾರಾದರು ಕಷ್ಟ ಎಂದು ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಾಗ ಇಲ್ಲಾ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಆ ದೇವರು ನನಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲಾ. ಜನಪರವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು, ಅವರ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಮರೆಯಲಾಗದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವಿಸಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವುದು ನನ್ನ ಆಸೆ.
